Team WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following:

Run 1 mile(200 m at a time)
100 air squat
100 hand release push-ups
100 walking lunges
100 ab mat sit ups
Run 1 mile as a team(200 m at a time)

Note: Switch back and forth every 10 reps with each exercise
