DB Box Step-up* (alternating legs) – as many reps as possible in 3 minutes

*Use a single Challenging DB, held anyhow.

Rest 60 seconds

Hand-release Push-ups – as many reps as possible in 3 minutes

Renegade Row (without push-up) – as many reps as possible in 3 minutes
