There is nothing I enjoy more than listening to Coach Glassman explain the functionality of a movement.  Here are more than a few reasons why we like to dead lift in CrossFit.

Establish a 1rm Dead lift – Any style

Conditioning

Every 60 seconds for 6 minutes complete:

7 push up

7 kb front squat

Rest 2 minutes

Every 60 seconds for 6 minutes complete:

7 burpee

7 kb swing

 

Rx – 70/44

Lv2 – 44/36

Lv1 – 36/25
