As many of you already know, the CrossFit Games is taking place this weekend.   This is the pinnacle of CrossFit competitions where two will walk away with the title of being the most fit man and women on earth!  This event can be viewed both on ESPN3 and live streaming via the internet.  I would like all our members to try and watch as much of this contest as possible to gain some insight as to what type of intensity is used by the fittest athletes on earth, what kind of preparation these guys go through, as well as the level of commitment each individual and team has made to reach this level.  There is a host of interesting information on all these athletes, as well as a many news media update shows giving you the most up to date coverage on each event that will take place over the course of the weekend.  This is all found  on the games website link on the CrossFit.com website.
