The better 5 minutes you can spend in the gym could certainly be considered the 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after class. How you use this time in some cases can be the difference in how soon that Double Under comes, or how soon that Strict Pull Up comes. Use this time wisely, spend it on what you like to do the least, should you, you may just find your disdain for said movement or skill lessen significantly. Try it. Set a goal for one months time, 5 mins before and after class dedicated to what you struggle with the most, then go beat it… One better 5 min session at a time.
