TGIF!

Just a quick “Shout out” to Tessa for turning up the heat (pun intended) the other day during our ‘learn how to cook paleo’ session.   Who would have known eating like a modern day cave man would be so damn good.  We need to do this more often!

50 push ups

75 situps

100 air squats

125 double unders/250 single unders
