I don’t remember my first WOD ever, but I do remember my first open workout.  14.1- 10 min  AMRAP 30 double unders and 15 power snatches.  I never made it to the power snatches…  I even repeated it and still didn’t make it to the power snatches.  Let’s just say it was not pretty.  I reverted back to my 5 year old self.  Throwing fits and ropes and f-bombs like there was no tomorrow.

  10. What has been your biggest achievement thus far, and what do you believe has been critical to its success?  My biggest achievement thus far is just being able to do this.  I can do things now that I couldn’t do when I was 20….  That’s pretty awesome!!!!!  I am always telling my girls that it’s never to late to try something.  You never know.  You might surprise yourself and be good at it!!!
  11. What do you hope to achieve in the next 6 months, and how do you plan to get there? Muscle-ups!!!!!  I am going to get one dammit!!!!
  12. Now that you’ve been CrossFitting for some time, are there any misconceptions you may have initially had coming into CrossFit that you now disagree with?  One of the misconceptions I had was that “normal people” didn’t do this.  They were all people that were super muscled and agro….  Turns out more “normal people” do this than agro people.
