Nutrition is something that we obsess over in the CrossFit community.  After all, it is the foundation of our Hierarchy of Fitness.  It essentially drives everything we do both in and outside the ‘Box’.  I came across a great article that gives some valid information about how to use carbohydrates to your advantage in an attempt to get stronger while staying lean.  Take your time with this and enjoy.  As usual, all feedback is welcomed.

A heads up for the up coming month of June – There will be a REDUCED schedule of classes the week of the 25th due to my temporary leave of absence.  I hope this does not inhibit anyones progress.   This should not ever be an issue in the future as our staff continues to grow.

Lastly, through popular demand, we will be taking away the 6:45pm class shortly and adding a 7:15 instead.  Keep an eye out for this change on the schedule.
