15 Deadlift (185/115)

30 Wallball (20/14)

400m Run

Then, after all four rounds have been completed, perform:

80 Toes to Bar or Hanging Knee Raises

*Teammates will begin, one performing deadlifts, the other performing wallballs.  Switch movements upon completion, then finishing the round with a 400m run together.
