CLASS SCHEDULE UPDATE:

Due to this weekends upcoming competition at CrossFit Southie, we will be holding only 1 class this Saturday at 8:00 am.

Also, Sunday is the day we will be finalizing the Whole Life Challenge with final measurements and the baseline WOD everyone did at the beginning of the challenge.  If you are still in it to win it, do not miss out!
