  • walnuts
  • lemon 
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • ginger

The How

1. Mix 2 cups of basil (you can include the stems if your rugged), 1 cup of olive oil, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, a small handful of walnuts, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger in blender or food processor.
