It’s official, we are going to be offering a specialty strength course starting                    OCTOBER 11, 2012.  This course will be 6 weeks long and take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm so mark your calendars!  There are no pre-requisites for this course.  Anyone looking to achieve greater numbers in strength across the board using non traditional means this class if for you!  We have a special coach, Shawn Deprite,  Nationally ranked BMX racer who will be heading up this course.  Don’t miss out on this special opportunity to train with the best!  For more info email info@crossfitmagnitude.com or inquire in person.  Keep an eye out for a sign up link on the website as well.

Also, 3 days until the start of the Whole life challenge.  If you overlooked the email sent out, this Saturday at 11:00am we will be measuring, weighing in, and doing the preliminary workout necessary to get started.  Do not miss this!  There will be make up times if you cannot make Saturdays class, so get in touch with one of your coaches to schedule a time to complete this.
