Hey fellow Magnitudes! A few things to update you on tonight.  First off, we ordered even more new equipment!  We grabbed some new 15# training bars for those looking to perfect their technique without having to over do it with the bigger bars ( perfect for the ladies).  We also have more rings on the way!  With enough to go around now, we can start incorporating some great dynamic exercises into the mix!

On another note, just a reminder for the weekend ahead, we will be gathering at the box from 11-2 to build some plyo jump boxes.  All tools and building materials will be provided, although if you are handy with a skill saw and have an extra one laying around, it couldn’t hurt to have a few extras on hand.  We will be doing a little paint work as well ( I hate to paint) so those of you artsy types who like to paint things up, make sure to stop on by.  I don’t currently have an extra grill laying around, so if someone has one laying dormant in the back yard and is willing to bring it in, give us a heads up and  we will be more than happy to provide everything to cook and drink.  We also have a few pick up trucks between all of us so don’t hesitate to have us come bring it in for you.

One last thing, and I know I beat this drum a lot, but for good reason – If you don’t have impeccable form with a lift – slow it the hell down!!!  I know we promote INTENSITY like it’s going out of style, but from what I am seeing from a lot of you, injury is only one rep away.  Leave your ego in the car!  There is plenty of time to ramp it up a whole lot down the road once your technique is superb.

Oh, I almost forgot, we just added a few more afternoon classes as this has been a popular time.  Check next weeks schedule to note these new additions.
