Spend 20 minutes slaying a goat…or three

Note: Use this time wisely to improve upon any exercises or movement patterns that needs improvement.  Communicate with your coach what you are trying to achieve and how to you can be more effective at doing so.

Conditioning

Team WOD

In teams of 2 complete the following:

4 rounds for time of:

single arm kb walk 100m – partner is in a full squat position – if either partner breaks position (puts kb down or stands up out of squat – 5 burpee penalty before next exercise.

backwards run 100m –

over head plate carry 100m – partner is holding a push up plank – if either partner breaks position (lowers weight from above head or breaks out of plank – 5 burpee penalty before next exercise.

20 UB kb swings – 5 burpee penalty if not performed unbroken

1 arm farmers walk
