Speed- Strength

Close grip bench press 7×3 (Dynamic effort) – Use 50-70% of your 1rm  (tempo 2211)

Rest 45 seconds between sets

Notes: Lower the bar in 2 seconds, hold 2 seconds on the bottom, explode upward with as much force as you can.
Strength-Endurance

Pull ups 3x ME UB (max effort unbroken)

Rest 90 seconds between sets

Conditioning

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

Run 800m

20 ground to overhead

Rx – 135/95

Lv2 – 95/65

Lv1 – 66/45
