More Crazy Ideas

A lot of you are probably wondering when the class changes will stop – they won’t – ever! We are under going a rapid expansion of members DAILY.  This means a few things.  A bigger, better community for one! A more diverse coaching staff.   And the addition of a few specialty classes.  We were thinking of possibly adding a power lifting class, which will use different aids such as chains and bands to add accommodating resistance to some of the classic lifts.  A  yoga class as part of our overall mobility efforts.  A strong man class to touch on some of the awkward lifts such as stone lifting, tire flipping, yoke carrying.  Don’t get me wrong, you will be doing this all as part of your overall CrossFit programming, however, these  classes will just stay focused on one thing at a time.  After all, CrossFit is a constantly varied program using a mixed modality template.  It isn’t a rule you have to do it all in the same work out  on the same day.  Like I said, these are all ideas in the works.  We would love to get some feedback concerning these thoughts.  We just want to make your experience here at CrossFit Magnitude unlike any other fitness experience you have ever had!
