*Make the second set of 7 & 5 heavier than the first sets.

3 sets of:

KB Rack Contralateral Box Step Down x 6-8 reps/leg @ 30X1 – rest 60 seconds between legs

C.

In 8 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:

10 Bar Roll-outs

8 Burpee Lateral Bar Hop

6 Front Squat*

Increase the bar in the following increments 95/65-115/85-135/105-155/125-175/145-195/165, stopping at 8 minutes or when you can no longer perform any more reps.
