At CrossFit Magnitude, we like to think of the community as an extension of our immediate family.  This means we love your presence when your working out or just hanging around.  Don’t ever think that just because the workout is over, you have to go home.  Feel free to hang around after class to chat it up with the coaches and pick our brains, work on mobilizing that trouble area, or just hang around in the lounge and watch some t.v.. We’d also like to get you involved in the expansion of our box.  We currently need to build some plyo jump boxes which are a staple  in any CrossFit box.  We are calling on anyone who has a minor background in using hand tools and doesn’t mind doing a little manual labor.  We are thinking of next Saturday the 28th to start this little project.  There will definitely be some barbecue and drinks available to all so bring your appetite!  This will be a weather permitting event so check back daily for updates.

On another note, one of our very own – Mike Delaney – will be leading up an outdoor group bike ride here on Saturday mornings around 8:15 starting this Saturday.  Mike has some great bike routes in mind and plans to go about 25 miles which will take about 2 hours.  If your interested just show up with your bike here at CrossFit Magnitude around 8:00 a.m. I know Mike looks forward to thew company!

One last announcement.  On May 5th we will be kicking off our first Paleo Challenge.  Make sure to stay tuned in as details will soon follow.
