Logo Contest!

Hope everyone got out there to enjoy another gorgeous New England weekend.  We have an exciting week lined up with a few new classes making way into the line-up.  We are also looking to open up our pro-shop with some really cool products.

We are looking for all artists out there to help with some interesting new logo ideas.  I am contemplating having a contest to see who can come up with the coolest CrossFit Magnitude T-Shirt logo.  Winner will get a FREE month of training, plus a gift bag full of our new products.  Let me know who is interested so I can get something going here!  I want our next round of T-shirts to be something to talk about!

Run 200m

15 box jump 24/20″

15 med ball clean 20/14#

Rest 60 seconds between each round

 

Level 2
Skill:

Handstand Push ups 4x ME

Barbell Acrobatics:

In 12 minutes establish your 3RM clean & jerk

Strength:

Front squats 5×2 @ 75% 1rm

Conditioning:

3 minute amrap of:

10 power clean 135/95

15 box jump 24/20″

rest 2 minutes, then:

3 minute amrap of:

10 burpee pull up

25 double unders
