I just want to extend our thoughts and prayers from CrossFit Magnitude and the Community to all of those still suffering from the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy.   This is a reminder to everyone that when nature wants to have Her way with us, She will and all we can do is be prepared – mentally, physically, and spiritually.  God bless all those who are on a mission to rebuild as well as those helping in on the cause.

After todays WOD we will be taking donations (any amount) to give directly to RED CROSS in an effort to ease the pain for all those suffering from the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
