Heaving snatch balance – DEMO 7×3 (heaviest possible)

Conditioning

In 11 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:

30 double unders

Complex of:

3 snatch dead lift

3 hi-hang power snatch

3 overhead squat

*complex has to be performed unbroken or 5 burpee penalty is assessed every time the bar hits the floor.
