here are some tips

  • pace yourself (notice how methodical she is- not jetfueling the start…that will bite you in the butt later.)
  • Once you start hitting a breaking point and you begin to slow down aka reaching failure….don’t go all the way. In other words, if you can do 5 more reps, do 3. This will keep you on point to keep moving and not have to rest for a minute because you hit the point of no return.
  • ummmm…o ya, and have fun!
