Hey guys – just a quick hello from Jamaica!  No trouble trying to eat paleo here as the fruit trees are plentiful as much as the ocean is full of good fish!  Who says you have to sacrifice all your good habits every time you go away?   Its never too  hard when nature provides an abundance of goodness all around you.

Strength/Skill:

Front squat 5-5-5-5-5

Conditioning:

Complete 1 pull up the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd minute, 3 the 3rd minute, etc…

Your rest is the period of time left over each minute.  Go until you can no longer keep up with protocol.

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Complete 5 hand release push ups ever 30 seconds, resting only with time remaining.  A new round of 5 is attempted every thirty seconds until no longer able to keep up.
