Got water?

We will be taking pre-orders for anyone looking to purchase a protein supplement for the challenge.  All orders placed by Tuesday will receive 15% off.

If you are in the challenge, you probably already know it is no easy feat drinking half your body weight in ounces daily (especially if you’re over 200#).  But that is just half the battle.  Remembering exactly how much you drink throughout the day can be a daunting task too.  I was reading it up in the WLC forum and I stumbled upon a pretty cool App (free) for your smart phone.  Its called Waterlogged.  Every time you drink a glass or bottle of water, you click a button and it fills your daily glass up little by little throughout the day keeping a tally of the ounces.  You can find it by clicking HERE!  You can pay for the more technical versions but I see it as completely unnecessary.
