Snatch – Work up to a heavy single, then perform 1 every minute on the minute for 5 minutes

Conditioning

In 12 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:
10 power snatch 95/75, 75/55, 55/35
20 wall ball 20/14, 14/12, 10/8
