Go Green!

I’ve come across a tasty little “green” drink that not only taste great but does wonders for your body.  It’s real simple to make too!  I would definitely recommend using a high quality blender (Vitamix) for this one!  Here ya go…

Ingredients:

4-6 oz of water

1 cup crushed ice

2 apples (de-cored)

1 medium cucumber

2 handfuls spinach

2 sticks of celery

1/2 cup chopped parsley (opt)

1 lemon (the juice of)

A thumb nail length of fresh ginger root

Blend and enjoy – daily!
