This is the last day before the Whole Life Challenge Spring Throw-down 2013 kicks off!  So what does this mean…Indulge…Spoil yourself with all those things you will go without … hopefully forever.  Have a cheese pizza, enjoy a few extra cocktails, finish off those Valentine chocolates….Satisfy those cravings one last time and get it out of your system and off your mind!

I am looking forward to the challenge (meaning being held accountable for the things I’m am not ordinarily good at practicing).  Just think how fined tuned your bodies will be in 8 short weeks!

Remember, in order to be in it to win it, you must complete your preliminary WOD and have your measurements taken before the end of Saturday.  Please contact us ASAP if you know for sure you can’t make the Prelims on Saturday at 11:00 and need to make other arrangements.
