Pause Snatch* x 2 reps

*pause for 2 count at the knee, and then again after the catch in your bottom position.

Start at 60% and ascend to a heavy double for the day.

In 9 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:

Power Snatch (115/70)

30 Double Unders

Starting with 3 power snatch, add 3 reps every round.  Score is total power snatches performed.
