I hope everyone had a great Independence Day!   I  celebrate our Independence  every year, but I also celebrate Independence in a different way, everyday!   As a CrossFitter, I am capable of living my life independently, without any kind of assistance.   I truly believe that if I continue my efforts indefinitely, I may not ever require the need to become dependent on assisted living scenarios, and enjoy independent living for all my days.  This isn’t just a possibility for myself, but anyone who is dedicated and committed to a healthy way of living!  CrossFit = Independence

Level 1
BB Acrobatics:

Hang snatch 7×2 (heaviest possible)

Strength:

Snatch balance 4×3 (heaviest possible)

Conditioning:

As a team of 2, complete the following:

70 Box jump

70 Med ball sit ups

70 Wall ball

70 Burpees

Level 2
BB Acrobatics:

Hang muscle snatch 7×3 (heaviest possible)

Strength:

Over head squat 4×3 (heaviest possible)

Conditioning:

Same as level 1 except teams will perform 50 reps of all exercises.
