Great job to everyone who competed in this years CrossFit Games Open.  It was super fun, competitive and very challenging taking on each of the Open WOD’s with everyone!  Hopefully this was a great opportunity for everyone involved to learn a little bit more about yourself, your strengths and your weaknesses.   Note where you had short comings  and set goals for the near future with these in mind.  Also, my hat is off to all the newcomers who laid it all out on the table.  Getting over the fear of the unknown is never easy!

Although we are  still one of the new kids on the block, I think next year we will be competitive enough to make a push as an affiliate team towards reaching the CrossFit games.  Keep an eye out in the near future for our Competitors class coming to the schedule real soon…

If you did not get a chance to test your mettle over the last 5 weeks, you still have one more chance…

May 11&12 we will be hosting the Survival Series challenge at CrossFit  Magnitude.  This contest is for everyone and anyone as there will be both an Rx and a scaled version of the WOD’s.

We need volunteers to help as well, so if you can donate any time and would like to be part of this competition log on to the Survival Series and register as a volunteer.

If you are interested in competing in our first ever challenge go to  The Survival Series and sign up today!
