CrossFit is like any other sport, and to perform at your best, while also keeping things safe, proper equipment is recommended.  When you place yourself under a heavy object (bar) while standing on a solid surface (the floor), it is of the upmost importance to minimize the “softness” in-between the two.  The easiest place to start is with your feet.

Every minute for 10 minutes:

2 db one arm squat clean left

2 db hang power snatch left

2 db hang squat clean right

2 db hang power snatch right

Note: Use heaviest weight possible.
