Today we had our first athlete cash in their newly acquired double unders for some good ol’ burpees courtesy of Coach C.  By the look at the progress everyone has made this month in their quest for the double under, I have a feeling the coaches will be more proficient at the burpee than ever before.  Keep up the solid work everyone!  I told you it would feel awesome when you got them!
