Kettle bells are a terrific tool to build strength and stability, never mind what it can do for your conditioning.  Starting in October, we will be offering kettle bell specific classes to add yet another dimension to your overall training.

Strength/Skill

1) In 15 minutes, establish a 1rm Turkish getup.

Note:  You have to be successful with both arms.

 

2) Using 100% of weight above perform 1 (each arm) every 60 seconds for 7 minutes

 

Conditioning

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

10 toes to bar

20 front squat

75 Double under

 

Rx – 135/85

Lv2 – 95/65

Lv1 – 65/35
