Take us back to your first WOD…What was it, and how did it feel?

one of my first was a deadlift wod, I used a light weight compared to what I use now. I remember my legs where all bruised and it hurt so bad to walk!

What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit?

I’m stronger then when I started. All my lifts have gone up significantly. Also my legs are now bigger and I don’t fit into my skinny jeans!

What sort of changes in your life have you experienced as a result of doing CrossFit that were totally unexpected?

I didn’t think I would love it so much as I do.

What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit?

surfing and stand up paddling surfing

Any advice for people just getting started?

Don’t be intimidated in the beginning, everyone started out not knowing how to do everything.
