Deadlift and cleans

Double unders or pull ups

Q6: Take us back to your first WOD…What was it, and how did it feel?

Not sure what it was but I do remember thinking I absolutely hate this but I can’t wait to do it again!!!

Q7: What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit?

I feel much stronger and more fit… Overall my health has drastically improved

Q8: What sort of changes in your life have you experienced as a result of doing CrossFit that were totally unexpected?

My attitude has become more positive and I don’t give up when faced with a challenge!

Q9: What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit?

Hockey, golf, basketball, tennis, poker, board games… To name a few!

Q10: Any advice for people just getting started?

Don’t give up… The first few months will be difficult and make u want to quit but if you stick with it and stay determined you will be able to master the movements and become a better person and athlete!
