Just a quick reminder for those who are signed up already for the Whole Life Challenge, there is a profile page for you to enter some basic information about yourself, a profile pic if you’d like, as well as any non-challenge required health metrics you would like to track over the course of the challenge.   You can also post a link on facebook to your profile page and invite friends who are also registered to “follow” them.  Following others creates a small, personal scoreboard that can contain all of the people in the challenge that a player is interested in keeping tabs on.   Over the next few weeks, you will continue to receive communication from the Whole Life Challenge with videos and tips for getting themselves set up for the challenge.

Make sure if you haven’t signed up and paid already, the clock is ticking!  I haven’t personally been this excited for a challenge in a long time.   Remember this is a challenge, which means it is not suppose to be easy!

6 Thrusters

Lv2 – 115/75

Lv1 – 95/55
