In the name of getting everyone on track with healthy eating practices, we will be holding our first Nutrition Seminar – Saturday – June 1, 2013 @ 10:00am.

The focus of this seminar will be “The Zone Diet” which is a concept developed by Dr. Barry Sears.  In CrossFit, many people are practicing what some call the Zone-Paleo diet, which is nothing more than eating healthy foods in balanced and proportioned way.  We will go into great detail explaining how to get started using this true tried and tested method of preparing meals that will not only get you looking, feeling, and performing better, but also help you “Enter the Zone”.

This seminar will be a CrossFit Magnitude fund raising event, and ALL proceeds will go towards new equipment for the box.  Cost of admission will be $25.
