2013 is over and that means another year of training is done. For some it could have been your first year, for others, it is another year under the belt. Whether you are a seasoned CrossFitter or someone just picking up a barbell, the gear you use can be a great tool to improve your game.

As CrossFit grows, your needs grow. As every workout is distinctive, so are the gear and equipment required. As you train your muscles, you must pay special attention to nutrition and supplementation. And as you head to your box — whether it’s a home gym or a commercial facility — the clothes and shoes you wear must serve the purposes of speed, agility and endurance

bar banded internal rotation extension (hold at bottom for 1 minute)
