whole-life-challenge

This is it ladies and gents!  The time is finally upon us where we will take the necessary steps and make the necessary compromises as a way to restore order to ourselves and our fitness.

The next 8 weeks will not be impossible, so stop thinking “how bad” things are going to get.  Remember, it is not about being perfect.  You are suppose to be making adjustments to your diet and lifestyle that you can live with and practice for the long haul.  You see, this is kinda like attending a little mini success camp specializing in creating you a blueprint for success.

Today we will be holding prelims and taking measurements at 10:45am.  We are going to start off with a question and answer period to clarify the rules of the challenge.  This is time to ask us if the sorbitol in your gum is going to cost you a point or whether or not pushing the grocery cart around Stop & Shop counts as your 10 minutes of exercise for the day.

I hope your as pumped about this opportunity as I am!

Remember, the challenge started at 12:00am this morning (if your reading this and it is still Friday night, enjoy that ice cream 🙂
