WLC Potluck

A reminder – tomorrow night we will be hosting the WLC Potluck!  This food tasting/sharing of ideas event is for everyone in the CrossFit Magnitude community so get your butt over to the box at 6:00 to get in on all the goodness!  The more people are exposed to great food and great recipes, the better chances are they will change their habits and reap the rewards of a healthy diet.   When we don’t have any idea of what to eat or how to create tasty dishes we opt for someone else to do it for us or we buy something pre-made.  The best way to know a food is good for you is to make it yourself.  Here is your opportunity to arm yourself with some great new ideas that will last a lifetime.  Come by Wednesday night at 6:00pm if you want to taste some of the best healthy homemade food around – and best of all you won’t lose any points!!! (should I bring any wine?)

Power clean – In 20 minutes, establish a 1RM.

Notes: Make sure feet end up in proper landing position.

Conditioning

For time, complete sets of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 of:

Power clean

Ring dip

Rx – 70% 1of your 1RM

Lv2 – 60% of your 1RM

Lv1 – 50% of your 1RM

Beginner – sub med ball clean + parallette dip
