Conditioning

Climb the rep ladder 1,2,3,4,5,6,7…as high as you can in 8 minutes performing:

Overhead squat

Toes to bar

Rx – 115/75

Lv2 – 75/55

Lv1 – 55/35

Beg – 15/dowel
