Power clean & jerk – In 20 minutes, work up to a heavy single.

Conditioning

In teams of two in 13 minutes, complete as many reps as possible of:

Note: While one athlete is performing  a 20 calorie row, the other is performing as many power clean & jerks as possible.  The goal is to accumulate as many C&J as possible in 13 minutes.
