Snatch Pull x 3 @ 31X0 (light to moderate load – warmup weight)

Rest 60 seconds

C.

Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets) of:

Power Snatch x 5 reps

Wallballs x 15 reps

30 Double-Unders
