Conditioning

Team WOD
In teams of 2 complete the follow

Deadlift 12,000 together – have team
pick weight doable for both and divide
into 12,000 for total reps. After completed,
team has to carry bar 400m together
without putting it down.
Same wieght must resume
on bar the entire time and cannot touch the
ground. If bar touches ground,
10 burpees will be performed at spot of
foul.
upon return,
150 kb swings
150 sit ups
partition as necessary

Use heaviest weight possible for kb swing.
