Strength

In 20 minutes, establish a 1rm high bar back squat

Conditioning

3 minutes ME double unders

rest 1 minute, then:

8 minute amrap of:

5 burpee over the box jump

10 kb swing

rest 1 minute, then:

3 minutes ME double unders

*for those without double unders, try to string together as many single unders as possible.
