Snatch Complex – In 12  minutes, work up to a heavy complex for the day.

Rest at least 2 minutes between attempts.

B.

Every minute for 10 minutes, perform the following:

Odd – 5 T&G P. Snatch (70-75% 1RM P. Snatch)

Even – 30 Double Under
