1 Clean pull + 1 Hi-Hang Clean + 1 Split Jerk + 1 Clean & Jerk

2 sets each of:

4 Hollow up + 8 sec Hollow hold + 12 Hollow rocks

4 Arch up + 8 sec Arch hold + 12 Arch rocks

30 sec Side plank hold (each side)
