Overhead Squat – 7 minutes to a heavy double

Snatch Balance – 7 minutes to a heavy & fast single

C.

Snatch – 7 minutes to warm up to a heavy single, then:

“Death by Snatches”

Choose a weight that you feel comfortable with & challenged by and perform 1 rep the first minute, two the second minute, three the third, and so on…until you can no longer keep up with protocol.

Note weight and total reps completed.
