Snatch – Start at 60% of 1RM and increase every minute by 5-10#.  If a miss occurs, stay at that weight until you make it.

Power Clean & Push Jerk – Start around 50-60% and increase every minute by 5-10#.  If a miss occurs, stay at that weight until you make it.
