Complete 3 rounds of:

Station 1 – Wall Ball (20/14#)

Station 2 – Burpee to 6” target

Station 3 – KB Swing (53/36#)

Station 4 – Toes to Bar

Station 5 – Row (Cals)

Station 6 – Rest

Perform 1 minute of work at each of the 5 stations, resting at station 6.  Move immediately to the next station after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
